Out
of Stock Items
We
strive to keep all items in stock at all times, but occassionally
a manufacturer's backorder may affect our in-stock status.
If we happen to be out of stock on an item you have ordered,
we will notify you immediately. You will then have the
choice of cancelling that item from your order or allowing
us to put it in a back-ordered status. If the item is back-ordered,
we will provide you with its anticipated date of arrival,
and we will ship the item to you when it arrives at
no additional cost to you!
Items
Damaged During Shipment
All
of our orders are packed with great care. If an order should
arrive in damaged packaging and you are not sure the contents
are undamaged, you should refuse the shipment and send
it back with the delivery driver. Notify us of the situation,
and we will re-ship your order. If you open a package and
find an item damaged, contact us immediately at sales@pharmacytrainer.com
