How can I qualify?

Military Hospitals and Bases- Any PharmacyTrainer Program order that is delivered to a military address qualifies for the discount.

Military Families living off Base- If you are living off the military base facilities, there are two options. 1.) Have the program delivered to an on-base address. 2.) Provide us with documentation showing military status. Documentation may be faxed to 863-382-3612
